Its Nantucket Collection introduced rich, vibrant colors and furniture constructed from durable alder wood.

In 2007, Richey brought its design and experience to the manufacture of poly-resin furniture with the introduction of its Lifestyle Collection. Like all Richey collections, this line is deep and broad, offering swings, gliders, dining sets, and rockers, as well as traditional Adirondacks. Western red cedar is naturally resistant to cracking and moisture rot. The oils of this resilient wood guard against insect attack and decay, and their distinctive aroma acts as a mild insect repellent. Western red cedar is a dependable choice for outdoor furniture, either as a finished or unfinished wood. Over time, unfinished cedar left outdoors will weather to a silvery gray patina. This natural process does not compromise the strength or integrity of the wood. The kiln-drying process extracts moisture from the wood, resulting in a heightened resistance to warping and rot, as well as enhanced strength.

Partially assembled, ships Knock-Down. Item comes 70% - 90% assembled (depending on the product) with the remaining structures pre-drilled and pre-fitted for minimal set-up effort.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is given only to the original purchaser (the "Buyer") of this new garden furniture (the "Product"). Richey Industries, Inc. warrants that the Product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service as long as the Buyer owns the Product.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Damage caused by or resulting from shipping, product misuse, abuse, neglect, harmful chemicals, improper assembly or maintenance, or accidents. Normal weathering or wear and tear (Normal weathering is defined as exposure to sunlight and extremes of weather, including atmospheric pollution and acid rain, which may cause any surface to fade or change color, warp, crack, or acquire dirt or stains.)
Damage resulting from the modification of the Product from its original design. Damage to the finish of the Product. Damage resulting from the use of the Product for or in connection with a commercial purpose. (The Product is intended for personal, family, or household purposes only.)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Keep a sales receipt, canceled check, or payment record to verify your purchase. Maintain the Product in accordance with the specifications provided to you with the Product. Retain a photocopy of all information provided to Richey Industries in connection with a claimed defect in the Product.

CLAIMS PROCEDURE

The duration of this warranty is limited to claims arising and made in writing to Richey Industries during the period that Buyer owns the Product. To report a warranty claim, the Buyer must either call the telephone number below or send a letter or email to the address below. The Buyer must also provide proof of purchase, a photograph of the defective Product, and an explanation of the claimed defect. Richey Industries will either repair or replace the Product or replace the defective part or portion of the Product, at the option of Richey Industries. Richey Industries reserves the right to discontinue or make changes to the Product. If a Product covered by this warranty is not available, Richey Industries will have the right to substitute a product, that in Richey Industries' sole discretion, is of equal or greater quality and similar appearance.

Any Product returned to Richey Industries without prior written authorization will not be accepted, and Buyer must pay the shipping costs.

This warranty extends only to the Buyer of the Product; this warranty will automatically terminate upon any sale of transfer of the Product by the Buyer

IN NO EVENT WILL RICHEY INDUSTRIES BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF BUYER. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

Curb-side delivery
All deliveries are curb side only unless previously agreed.

Curb-side delivery is performed to avoid any possible damage that may occur while unloading and moving the product from the delivery truck to your home. All of our products are securely packed using foam, cardboard and shrink wrap as they travel directly from the warehouse. It would be very unfortunate, if the small trip between the delivery truck and your home, the product pieces are subjected to unnecessary damage. Curb-side delivery is highly beneficial for the consumer, as the consumer himself can take the effort and time to appropriately maneuver the product inside the home without any risk of a rushed delivery being performed by the freight delivery company.

Every product on our site has an estimated lead time – the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 2-4 weeks). Each product listing includes the estimated lead time below the product name: "Usually ships in XXX" to give you an idea how quickly your order will leave the warehouse. Delivery usually takes between 3 and 10 days from when your order ships. For residential deliveries, you will be contacted for an appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal. For commercial deliveries, no appointment will be made. If you need to make one, please contact us.

The most important thing to remember about curb-side delivery is that you must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any missing items or damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about delivery, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED or PRODUCT MISSING" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any missing/damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away as speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery.
