How do I change or cancel my order?
Once the order is placed with PatioLivingPlus.com we will submit an order
directly to the manufacturer on your behalf. This typically occurs within a
24-hour period after an order is placed by the customer. Once this step has been
completed, PatioLivingPlus.com and thus the customer become financially
obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise from the manufacturer. For this
reason, we don't accept order cancellations once the 24-hour window has passed.
However, you may return the product subject to our Standard Return Policy.
At the time an order is placed the customer receives a notification via e-mail
describing all order details. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that
the information in this e-mail receipt is correct. If the customer does not
notify us of any changes within the 24-hour window, PatioLivingPlus.com
will proceed with ordering the merchandise from the manufacturer. However, you may return the
product subject to our Standard Return
Policy.

How do I return my product?
To return a product(s) you must follow our standard return process outlined
below:
• Please contact us with your order number(s), what product(s) you are
returning, and your name. We will issue you a PatioLivingPlus.com RMA number and
a return address. Non-damaged product(s) refused for delivery, returned without a PatioLivingPlus.com issued RMA number, or returned to the wrong warehouse will be refused. You will also be responsible for roundtrip shipping charges. Please read our return instructions carefully to avoid delays and unnecessary expenses.
• You will have 30 days in which to return the product from the date that the
RMA number is issued from PatioLivingPlus.com. After 30 days, the return
authorization will expire and your product(s) are nonreturnable.
• Wrap and pack the product(s) you wish to return carefully. All product(s) must
be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging,
manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all
accessories. Otherwise additional charges may be applied or may make your
product(s) nonreturnable.
• Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address you are
provided. This may be our main office or to a distribution center. (Note: all LTL shipments must be shipped LTL
on a pallet.) Do not write on the box to maintain its original condition.
Improper labeling may make your product(s) nonreturnable. We recommend that you use an
insured shipping method (insured for full value) with a tracking number.
PatioLivingPlus.com is not responsible for product(s) lost or damaged during
return shipping.
• Save your return tracking number, and if possible email it to us so that we
can track your return.
• In the event that a return becomes damaged on its way back to the return
destination, PatioLivingPlus.com will inform the customer via email that the
product was received damaged and hold the product for up to 30 days. It is the
customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier and instruct
PatioLivingPlus.com concerning what to do with the damaged product. If
PatioLivingPlus.com has not received notification or response from the customer
within 30 days, the product will be donated or destroyed.
• Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund
shipping and handling charges.
• Once the returned product(s) has been received and verified to have all
original contents and packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, the refund
process will begin.
When will I receive my refund?
Credits will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects and process your
return, which can take up to 7 Business days. You will receive a confirmation
email when your return has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the
original payment method and can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your
statement.

We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Google
Checkout and personal checks/money orders for your payment convenience.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will be added to orders being sent to Florida. Shipments to
Florida are subject to 7% sales tax.
