Once destined for landfills, milk jugs are transformed into recycled plastic lumber used to create our casual outdoor furniture. Regardless of whether you live in the mountains, on the beach, surrounded by the plains, in rain or shine, the unique nature of our furniture allows it to be left outside year round as it has proven to be impervious to the effects of the weather. It is available in six traditional colors: black, mahogany, hunter green, sand, teak and white and 6 vibrant colors: sunset red, pacific blue, lemon, lime, tangerine, and aruba. Poly-Wood is a high performance wood lumber substitute manufactured from high density-plastic. It consist of high density polyethylene resins, select coloring and foaming agents. Poly-Wood is processed into a specification product that closely resembles painted and natural wood products. Regardless of whether you live in the mountains, on the beach, surrounded by the plains, in rain or shine, the unique nature of our furniture allows it to be left outside year round as it has proven to be impervious to the effects of the weather. Additionally, this product is impervious to many common corrosive substances including salt water, as well as gasoline and hydrocarbon oils.

Poly-Wood is worked with standard woodworking tools and hardware. Screws are the preferred fastener for the attachment of the material.

Poly-Wood is not attached with adhesives; its surface characteristics resist adhesives and the solvents used as carriers for many adhesives. Additionally, Poly-Wood is impervious to paint, stains, and mineral spirits.

Partially assembled, ships Knock-Down. Item comes 70% - 90% assembled (depending on the product) with the remaining structures pre-drilled and pre-fitted for minimal set-up effort.

Poly-Wood®, Inc. warranties to the original purchaser for a period of five (5) years of residential use and one (1) year for commercial use starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship of the furniture components. “Defects” is defined as imperfections that impair the original function of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects on the furniture, which are received by regular use of the furniture. Neither does it cover damage due to unauthorized repairs or alterations, negligence, misuse or abuse, improper assembly and acts of God. This warranty does not apply to the hardware used to assemble the furniture.

The original purchaser is responsible for providing sales support with the proper documentation needed to determine a resourceful solution for the defect. Possible solutions are replacement or repair of the defective furniture, replacement or repair of defective component, or authorization repairs by a third party.

The proper documentation required is by providing the proof of purchase with the original receipt and a written explanation of how the defect occurred. Once the documentation has been received and evaluated, the customer will be notified of the solution. If the product is not returned within 60 days of date of purchase, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges that may apply.

This product ships via ground with common carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS.

Every product on our site has an estimated lead time – the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 2-4 weeks). Each product listing includes the estimated lead time below the product name: "Usually ships in XXX" to give you an idea how quickly your order will leave the warehouse. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your product will arrive between 1 and 10 Business days after it leaves the warehouse.

We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
