How will my order ship?
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. Your product will ship via the method specified in this listing (Common Carrier or Curb-side delivery). Each shipping method has its own standard for time in transit, delivery to your home or business, etc.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
We have three methods of shipment available: Common Carrier, Curb-side delivery, and White Glove Platinum service.*
Common Carrier
This product ships via ground with common carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS.
Every product on the site has an estimated lead time – the number of business days it takes for a product to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors and is not guaranteed. Some warehouses stock products that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others products require a longer time (e.g. 2-4 weeks). Each product listing includes the estimated lead time: "Usually ships in XXX" to give you an idea how quickly your order will leave the warehouse. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your product will arrive between 1 and 10 Business days after it leaves the warehouse.
We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want a product left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
Curb-side delivery
All deliveries are curb side only unless previously agreed.
Curb-side delivery is performed to avoid any possible damage that may occur while unloading and moving the product from the delivery truck to your home. All of our products are securely packed using foam, cardboard and shrink wrap as they travel directly from the warehouse. It would be very unfortunate, if the small trip between the delivery truck and your home, the product pieces are subjected to unnecessary damage. Curb-side delivery is highly beneficial for the consumer, as the consumer himself can take the effort and time to appropriately maneuver the product inside the home without any risk of a rushed delivery being performed by the freight delivery company.

Delivery appointments are available Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00PM only and an adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept delivery. If you fail to be present for your delivery appointment you will be accessed a re-delivery fee and will be responsible for all other related shipping charges. For commercial deliveries, no appointment will be made. If you need to make one, please contact us.

If the box has any missing products or damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about delivery, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED or PRODUCT MISSING" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away as speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery.

Free Shipping Details
In order to keep your cost down and our pricing simple, we either provide Free Shipping or we charge a fixed shipping charge per product. This charge, if any, is listed on the product detail page and covers Ground shipping in the continental U.S. Unless you are shipping an order to Florida (7% sales tax) your order total will be known before you begin checkout. We won’t surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see is the price you pay. Beware of companies who mask their shipping charges and policies. Shipping large or heavy products can be quite expensive, so make sure you know what costs you will incur in your order when shopping around.

International Shipping
At this time, we can only ship orders to destinations in the 50 United States and its official territories (shipping charges apply for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.) In select cases, we may not be able to ship an order to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
Shipping Damage, Order Issues & Incorrect Product(s) Shipped
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many products, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. Please inspect the box and contents to ensure there is no damage done due to delivery. In the event there is damage do not refuse the package (Learn more about our Shipment Refusal Process), instead please contact us immediately or on the next Business day so we can help you in the replacement of your order and file the proper claim with the shipper. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to replace the damaged order. We may require photos of the damage. In many cases, the shipper may want to inspect or pick up the damaged product and packaging. We ask you to keep the product and all associated packaging for 10 to 14 Business days before disposal should the shipper choose to inspect or pick up the product. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
Due to the nature of the outdoor furniture business, please note that PatioLivingPlus.com, Inc. cannot guarantee that the finish of the ordered wood, metal, stone, fabric, or wicker will be exactly as pictured. Imperfections or variations in the grain, color, or sheen may occur naturally. Stone finishes such as marble and granite may differ in color and veining. In addition, variations in the color, sheen and texture (wrinkling and natural marks) of leather may occur due to different dying and tanning processes and natural phenomena. As a result, these naturally occurring characteristics are not viewed as damages or defects.
